Autistic (-50 pts)
	The character is a moderately high functioning autistic
(low functioning people wouldn't make very interesting RPG characters).
The Character has the effects of Absentminded, the IQ roll to stop
or start and action (like Pre-Frontal Lobtomy), a -3 penalty to
all social skills, and must roll vs IQ in order to avoid taking
anything literally (and acting accordingly).  The character cannot
have the Common-Sence or Empathy (unless of supernatural origen),
but may have Compulsions, Mute, Shy, Phobia, other reasonable
disadvantages/beleivable dispite the ussual limit of -40.  No
specific Advantage is gainded automatically (though Lighting
Calculator would fit a common stereotype).  The character may have
autotrance and visualization advantages (see GURPS Voodoo).
