Reliability is 2 levels lower or one level lower and the player believes it to be the listed value 2. Reliability is 1 level lower 3-4. Reliability is as listed 5. Reliability is 1 level higher 6. Reliability is 2 levels higher Thus if Pam has a usually reliable network of informants and a 1 is rolled the GM could choose to make this contact unreliable or somewhat reliable.
