You may be a younger student who studies obsessively, or an older practitioner who has had with many more years to hone his skills than most of his colleagues. In either case, you have gotten more out of your studies than most people: For each level of this advantage you have, you get a +1 bonus to each of the skills you've spent points on. The cost for one level of this advantage is 5 points less than the total cost the character would pay for +1 to DX and IQ. Two levels cost 10 points less than the total needed for +2 DX and IQ, and three levels cost 15 points less than would be needed for +3 DX and IQ. For example, a character with DX 12 and IQ 11 would pay 10 + 10 - 5 = 15 points for one level of Over-Achiever, 25 + 20 - 10 = 35 points for two levels, and 40 + 35 - 15 = 60 points for three levels. Characters may not buy more than three levels of Over-Achiever.
