Photographic Reflexes                        25 Points/level
You have amazing reflexive memory. Your body "remembers" how to 
perform physical tasks. This gives the character a bonus to any 
DX-based skill of +1 per level. You may also attempt any manuever or 
skill which you have seen other people perform at your bonus level. It 
is also easier for someone with this skill to learn DX-based skills, 
since your DX is modified by the level of PR you have. You also do not 
lose skill levels from lack of training.
