He can talk very loudly and, when screaming, can be heard over a tumultuous river or during a battle. This advantage can be taught, most often during a singing or military career, at the basic cost. Note that this advantage differs significantly from the Voice advantage (being an enchanting soprano is a diffferent ability than being to roar orders over an artillery barrage), and that both can be combined. A Powerful Voice,a side from the direct applications outlined above, brings several boni : - A +1 to Leadership. While good leadership abilities are not dependant on voice volume, a Powerful Voice makes you more efficient overally by reminding everyone you're an authority figure ; at low TLs, it also allows for your orders to simply be *heard* by more distant soldiers. - A +1 to Singing. Singers with a powerful voice are often more appreciated than more discreet ones, even if the latter are technically better. - A +1 to Intimidation, since it makes you sounds meaner and bigger.
