GURPS Magic zombies don't do this, but most nasty cinematic ones do, I agree. Unfortunately, there's no special power covering this in GURPS. I'd suggest treating zombie limbs as Allies. Build them as characters with the same ST and DX as the zombie, low IQ, same HT but only a HT/2 hit points, lots of disads (Horrific Appearance, Inconvenient Size, Reduced Move, One Fine Manipulator, et cetera) and a few appropriate advantages (High Pain Threshold, Patron: Zombie guy, et cetera). Their appearance roll would effectively be "only if limbs are hacked off," which would be no more frequent than 6 or less (half cost), I suspect. Does that work for you guys? SP. Sean M.
