Ta'veren				30 pts/level, 4 levels

  You are Ta'veren.  What it means is that you are able to influence 
(intentionally or not) the life of people around you.  You automatically 
receive the Weirdness Magnet disadvantage, as well as the Extraordinary 
Luck and Charisma (+1 for each level of Ta'veren).  It also means that if 
you are (or will be) in trouble, the Pattern will send someone to help 
you (treated as a kind of Unknown Ally :-) ).
  As examples, a 30-pts Ta'veren will be be alble to influence the 
Pattern of a village or small town.  At 60 pts, (s)he will influence an 
entire nation.  A 90-pts one will shake the entire world.  And a 120-pts 
one will be able to shake the entire Pattern.  Lews Therin Telamon and 
Rand al'Thor are the only two 120-pts ta'veren known.  Arthur Hawkwing 
was a 90 points one.  Perrin Aybarra and Mat Cauthon are both 60-pts 
ta'veren.  No 30-pts Ta'veren are currently known by name, but we know 
they definitely exist.
  Note that being ta'veren have nothing to do with being able to 
channel.  In the five names given as examples, only LTT and Rand are/were 
able to channel.
