The art of applying mouth to mouth resucitation, pumping the heart
artificially to maintain blood flow, etc. Can keep a victim from brain death
for a
very long time, but is tiring. -1 Fatigue per minute to the attending medic.
There is a chance this technique can revive a drowning victim or others.
Probabity of success ?? TL effects ?? Equipment @ TL ?? 
......I'm not up on the medical facts here, please help!!....
