Legendary History [culture]  IQ/Ave  IQ-4  Lore/Knowledge skill
This skill provides you with the mix of fact, distortion, myth and outright
lies believed by a group about the past.  The IQ default applies only to the
culture in which you were raised.  It is useful in social situations within
the group, or to predict their reactions.  Defaults to actual Historical Lore
skill vary with the culture, usually in parallel with the degree to which 
Legendary History is allowed to be questioned.  Unless you have a History
skill, which gives you the tools to check out the facts yourself, or a 
reliable Historical Lore skill, you should not be told what that default is
or how much of this skill is untrue - and often the most unbelievable parts
are the real ones.
