For every level of this power, you get 50 points with which to create objects with physical attributes, advantages, and powers. These objects have a base ST, DX, and HT of 10 and a base move of 5. They move by flying. The difficulty of creating these objects depends on their complexity. Simple amorphous shapes and geometric forms are the easiest to build. More complex objects, such as objects intended to look like something (e.g., a giant green gorilla, or a giant vacuum cleaner), require a roll at Skill-4) Objects that are intended to look like a very specific something (e.g., a giant green Gerald Ford) must roll at Skill-6. Objects that not only look like something, but also work like the real thing (a vacuum cleaner that sucks up all the bad guys) requires a roll at Skill-10. Finally, an object which looks like a specific something and has powers and abilities beyond that something (Gerald Ford, who can suck up all the bad guys in the area) roll at Skill-12. Skills such as Artist and Engineer can add +6 to any attempt to create a complex object. These objects do not have IQ, but they can still have Mental-based powers. For instance, the vacuum cleaner above might have so many levels of Telekinesis, with the fan enhancement, and the limitation: can only move objects towards itself. In such cases, the power skill is equal to the user's own skill with the Control Emerald Energy power, modified by the complexity of the object as above. If these objects are attacked and damaged in anyway, the User must make a Will roll to be able to maintain the creation. If this Will roll fails, the object disappaites (sp?) and the User takes 1d fatigue. A target might, instead of applying sheer brute force, engage in a quick contest of Will with the user. If the user fails, the object is disappaited (again sp?) and he loses 1d fatigue. If he fails critically, he loses all his fatigue, and cannot summon the willpower needed to create another object until this is recovered. What do you all think?? Generally in cases like this, I ultimately find that creating a new power is easier than trying to force old powers into a mold they weren't really made for.
