Bob, the Generic Industrial Enchanter Bob G.I.E. was created to see if a low-point level character could be a profesional enchanter like those in GURPS Technomancer. He's not exactly a template, but he does proove a point. He can still take 20 points in disads, and the quirks can be tweeked to modify the character.
