Flaming Zephyr (Stephanie Flaremont) - 600 points

STORY: As a young wyrmling, Flaming Zephyr was raised on an uncharted
volcanic island by her parents and older brother. Life was relatively
peaceful until military forced moved in to occupy the island for a
strategic missle site. They encountered the family of fire dragons
almost immediately, and only a few men made it back to radio for
reinforcements. When they arrived, however, the dragons were grossly
outpowered, and scrambled madly to escape, all in different directions.
Most of the troops went after the largest member, Zephyr's father, and
he was taken down in a volley of explosive rounds after half an hour of
pursuit. Zephyr made it to the mainland, and quickly assumed a human
disguise. She had heard much about human society, and quickly began
learning their ways and customs. After several months, she decided on
her permanent form and identity, and Steph Flaremont was "born". She
never lost her deep hatred for the military and "establishment", and got
a job as Security in a local punk venue, where the other people tend to
share her opinions. She is careful not to show her dragon powers in
human form, but has gathered a lot of respect for her occasional
displays of sheer strength and deep roar of anger. This has caused some
people to suspect that she may be a mutant, but no one thinks it's any
more than a rumor. She retains limited use of her dragon strength,
armor, and firey breath in her human form, but will not use the latter
unless there are no witnesses. In her dragon form, her armor makes her
nearly impenetrable and her breath is a deadly weapon, which she will
gladly hotshot to take out especially dangerous opponents. Up close, her
claws can be more deadly than her breath. She will usually try not to
kill, unless she's fighting uniformed officers (military or otherwise).
She's gotten into trouble with the police more than a few times, but
never anything serious, and never anything that revealed her powers.

APPEARANCE: 5'6", 125#, white, age 24, medium-length red hair, golden-
green eyes. Typically dresses in punk fashion (spiked leather, etc.).
As a dragon: 27' long (33' with tail), 256 tons, golden-green scales
with firey-red streaks. She stands partially upright on her two legs.
