New Warhead Type: AP-CHEM (TL8+)

Description:
Its essentially an APEX round except that it has a chemical filler
instead of an HE filler. Cost is the same as an APEX round + doses
of chemical filler, burst radius is 0.75 times the burst radius of
a normal CHEM round for bore size.

Role:
Used by law-enforcement to carry tear-gas or other non-lethals
into barricaded positions. Used by military forces to deliver
lethal chemical agents into enclosed fortifications, like
bunkers.
