Shovel as Weapon

The modern Romanian surplus shovel I have is about 3 lbs, and I'd rate it:

Axe -1, takes one turn to change from Axe to Knife grip or vice versa.

Treat as average quality (not like a mace) for breaking purposes - the top
end is all (cheap) metal (DR4 HT2(as shovel)/4(as weapon), Axe/Hammer/Club
only) and the wood handle is decent (DR3 HT8). -5 to hit the wood and not
the metal, -4 to hit either (50/50).
