[1] Although members of this college are not allowed to cast such
spells as Fireball or Deathtouch, they may still learn how to use
Counterspell, Ward, Reflect, and Great Ward against them.  The college
has information on certain spells; members of the College of Fear may
learn such skills as Fireball Counterinformation.  Counterinformation
skills for Mental/Hard spells are Mental/Average; counterinformation
skills for Mental/Very Hard spells are Mental/Hard.
