Description: This spell creates an item that allows a slow and sure enchantment to put more than one point per day into an enchantment. The casting cost is 200 points per level per hex. Each level allows the enchanter to put UP TO 1 extra point per day into an enchantment. Also, the total amount per day may not exceed the lesser of the enchanter's Enchant skill and his skill with the spell being enchanted on the item. The enchanter(s) must pay the extra points each day either from his(their) own fatigue or from a powerstone. Multiple castings of "Enchanter's Workbench" may be used to increase the level of the "Enchanter's Workbench", similar to the Powerstone spell. An "Enchanter's Workbench" may not be used to increase its own level. Generally, the workbench must be an immoble massive item, solidly connected to the earth to aid the flow of mana. Floors, stone counters, and blacksmith's hearths all work quite well. If the "Enchanter's Workbench" is a mobile but solid table, apply a -5 to the skill in "Enchanter's Workbench" for creating the "Enchanter's Workbench". If the "Enchanter's Workbench" is a highly mobile item such as a rug, apply a -10 to the skill in "Enchanter's Workbench" for creating the "Enchanter's Workbench". For the "Enchanter's Workbench to be effective, the item to be enchanted must fit on it. Thus a dagger could be enchanted on a 1 hex "Enchanter's Workbench", but a great sword would need a 3 hex "Enchanter's Workbench", and a full suit of armor would require a 2 hex "Enchanter's Workbench".
