The Takki (one is called a Tak) are a race of small squirrel-like humanoids
that live in temperate woodlands, usually near Ellyllon settlements.  They
average the same size and weight as their sylvan neighbors.  Their society
is more rustic however.

They dress in hoods and tunics, but usually don't bother with breeches or
cloaks as their tails get in the way.  They favor forest colors but will
sometimes wear red.

Their language is very chittery and hard for non-Takki to understand because
it's spoken so fast.  Fortunately they don't mind learning other races'
languages.

Their hands are human-like with four fingers and a thumb, but do have tiny
claws (small enough I didn't give any points for them) that are used for
climbing.

Since at least half of the Ellyllon population is royalty, Takki help fill
the void of 'peasants'.  They do most of the hunting, gathering, etc.

There might also be 'gliders'  They'd be the same except with the Flight ad
(-50%, Gliding (20)) and Flight(Gliding) at DX (default).
