Designer's Note: This was (obviously) inspired by Time Trax's "Selma".
One liberty was taken, that of assuming that a special "compact"
projector was available, for half weight and volume, at double cost.
Not an unrealistic assumption, considering the tech level.

PC-HVP 6X900 (TL12)

    The PC-HVP (Pocket Computer-HoloVid Projection) is a cassete-sized,
sentient computer that communicates visually by means of a built-in
holographic projector. It is invariably programmed with a personality
simulation and a corresponding holographic picture. Its sensors allow it
to compile and project a map of all terrain and objects within 1/2 mile,
and it can analyze and amplify 30db sounds at up to 32 yards away with
95% accuracy. It has a single optical sensor for scanning text and 
objects, but must rely on its radar for distant sight.. It is often 
programmed to give helpful general advice and/or expert advice on one or 
more subjects.
    Brain: Small brain with compact, high-capacity, and neural-net
options (.025 lbs, .005 cf, $1,500, 65 pts, LR 6). Complexity 6.
    Sensors: Basic sensors with low-res vision (near-sighted), one eye,
acute Hearing +5, parabolic hearing 5, no sense of smell/taste, and
imaging radar (1 level, 1/2 mile range). (.475 lbs, .001 cf, $1,750, 35
pts, LR 6)
    Communicator: Basic communicator (.25 lbs, .005 cf, $125, 15 pts,
LR 6).
    Arm/Leg Motors: None (-50 pts).
    Accessories: Projector, compact [SEE NOTE] (1 lb, .02 cf, $375,
LR 6).
    Power System: Routine power requirement: negligible. Power
requirement for imaging radar: .25 KW. Energy bank: One TL12 rB cell
(.05 lbs, .005 cf, $30, 20 pts, LR 6) stores 540 KWS; powers imaging
radar for 36 minutes [NOTE: Programmed to never drop below 15 KWS, thus
limiting radar to 35 minutes]. Endurance: Indefinite (10 points).
    Subassemblies: None.
    Body Design: Houses the computer brain, sensors, communicator,
projector, and energy bank (.036 cf).
    Area: Body 1. Total surface area 1.
    Structure: Extra-light frame (.25 lbs, $25).
    Hit Points: Body 1.
    Armor: TL12 ablative DR 3 (PD 2) armor (.015 lbs, $24, 10 pts,
LR 6). Waterproof ($2).
    Statistics: 2.29 lbs, .036 cf (approx. 3.5" x 3" x 1/2") (-10 pts),
$3,831. Body ST 0 (-100 pts), DX 11 (10 pts), IQ 11 (10 pts), HT 12/1
(-35 pts). Speed 0 (-35 pts). Cannot float (-5 pts). Legality 6. Model
point cost: -60 pts.
