Snapshot is a GURPS e-zine, that'll hopefully appear on a monthly 
basis.  Snapshot is freeware, and may be distributed freely, in fact
distribute like crazy, but may not be sold.  All the material here, 
unless noted otherwise, belongs to either myself, the person who made
the contribution or to Steve Jackson Games.  Please send submissions
