    Recon Drone (TL08) v0.1

      This non-stealthed drone is used for counter-guerilla sweeps. It
    has no wheels - the usual way to launch or recover it is to drive
    the control vehicle over the stall speed and grab it!
      The robot is a TL08 design [GURPS Robots, Nov. 95 errata].

      Brain: Small brain (2 lbs., 0.04 cf, $1,000, C2).
      Sensors: Basic sensors and laser rangefinder, telescopic zoom/4,
    thermograph, 360 degree vision and radar/laser locator (10.6 lbs.,
    0.212 cf, $19,000, 75 points).
      Communicator: Lasercom, cable jack and short-range com with IFF
    (10.2 lbs., 0.204 cf, $5,400, 5 points).
      Arm Motors: None (-50 points).
      Propulsion: 5 KW ducted fan (20 lbs., 0.2 cf, $800).
      Accessories: GPS, (1 lb., 0.02 cf, $200), inertial compass (1
    lb., 0.02 cf, $250, 5 points), self-destruct (0.5 lbs., 0.01 cf,
    $40, 6d*4 damage to the brain).
      Power System: Power requirement 5 KW. A rE cell (20 lbs., 0.2
    cf, $2,000) lasts for ten hours.
      Subassemblies: Body, and two wings.
      Body Design: Holds everything and 0.114 cf waste space, 1 cf.
      Wing Design: Empty, 0.15 cf volume.
      Area: Body 6, wings 3 each.
      Structure: Expensive frame (31.5 lbs., $21,000).
      Hit Points: Body 9, wings 3 each.
      Armor: Basic chameleon, waterproof (4.2 lbs., $861, 15 points).
      Statistics: Mass 100 lbs. (0.05 tons), 1.3 cf (3'), $50,751.
