Stealth Plane v1.0 (TL 9)

        The plane that doesn't exist, for missions that didn't happen. It is as
    stealthy as you can get and perhaps small enough to deny any knowledge.
        The light plane is build around two seats. It has a 4-mile thermograph
    and an ALLTV to look around. Nav gear are GPS, terrain-following radars and
    an INS. Two midgetcomps help with navigation and sensor interpretation. The
    plane has a range of 4,320 miles on a single tank (that gives 480 mpg). It
    needs 49 feet of runway for takeoff and 30 feet for touchdown.
        The plane uses TL09 tech [Dec. 93 errata sheet].
    
    Structure:  80 cf advanced XL body (HT 63), maximum load 1,200 lbs., seal,
        three retractable wheels (DR 2, HT 4/7), two folding sailplane wings
        with canards (HT 32) and advanced controls.
    Propulsion:  30 KW ducted fan.
    Power:  30 KW fuel cell (DR 5, HT 8) with 9 gallons hydrogen (self-sealing,
        DR 5, HT 8, fire on 10) for 30h.
    Accomodations:  Two light seats, no windows.
    Crew Requirements:  Pilot.
    Armor:  40 points adv. armor, F3/5 B3/5 R3/5 L3/5 T3/5 U3/5 RW3/5 LW3/5.
    Cargo:  None, but 1.2 cf waste space.
    Accessories:  Instant chameleon surface, environmental controls, improved
        IR cloaking, laser sensors, radar locator, light deceptive jammer (jam
        8, DR 3, HT 4, electronics), improved sound baffling, radical stealth,
        short-range thermograph (scan 18, DR 3, HT 2, electronics), ALLTV (+6),
        two HUDWAC with virtual panorama, two optical midgetcomps (C3, DR 3, HT

        Database (0.925 GB maps), datalink, sensor operation (C3, skill 15 or
        +4), routine vehicle operation (skill 13).
