        The ballista looks like a giant crossbow. This vehicle is completely
    filled with the weapon, any aiming means you turn the entire cart. It can
    fire $1 & 20 lbs. stones (16|cr|10d|25|2|n/a|300|1/30|1) or $10 & 20 lbs.
    bolts (16|imp|5d|25|4|250|500|1/30|1). The propulsion are four oxen or a
    lot of people pushing it (on the battlefield).
        The catapult cart is a TL02 vehicle [Dec. 93 errata sheet].
    
    Structure:  150 cf standard medium body (wooden, HT 262), max. load 3 tons
        with four unpowered wheels (DR 2, HT 22 each).
    Propulsion:  Yoke and pole harness for four oxen (effective ST 240).
    Armor:  30 points standard armor, F3/5F B3/5F R3/5F L3/5F T3/5F U3/5F.
    Weaponry:  One fixed ballista (DR 5, HT 88).
    
    Statistics:  Cost $17,235 (adjusted for inflation to $1,149), design mass
        and loaded mass 4,695 lbs., size modifier +3, radar signature +3, IR
        signature +3, acoustic signature +3 if moving.
    
    Ground Performance:  Top speed 16 mph, acceleration 4 mph/s, deceleration
        10 mph/s, MR 0.25, SR 3.
    Water and Air Performance:  None.
