PzKpfw II (Sd. Kfz. 121) Ausf. F (TL 6) Copyright (C) 1996 by James Lowry (jlowry@tfb.com). This was the final production version of the Panzer II. The increased armor gave it a few more months as a frontline tank, but the 20mm gun was just too small for effective service. About 600 were built between March 1941 and mid-1942. Later ones often had a stowage box affixed to the turret rear, and many had fake vision and pistol ports. The adjusted cost is pre-WWII even though the variant was developed after the war started. The 20mm gun (crit|cr|6d*4|20|14|1 mi.|2 mi.|4|10) is an model of the original gun on the A model and is an anti-tank adaptation of the normal aircraft autocannon and has 75% cost, and 50% RoF. The MG 34 (crit|cr|7d|19|10|1,000|3,900|15*|50) is in the same mount as the main gun and is operated by the gunner. Again, I used _Leichte Panzers in Action_ by Uwe Feist and Mike Dario, and _Panzerkampfwagen: German Combat Tanks 1933-1945_ by Chris Elliot and Hilary Doyle as references.
