        This isn't a cheap car, but quite a bit below the top of the line.
    Still, by TL7 standards it would be very impressive.  Note that the power
    plant produces less than a third the power the drivetrain can use; it is
    expected that the excess acceleration will be only used in bursts, and
    provided by the flywheel (maximum flywheel endurance 74 seconds); the
    flywheel is also used for braking, and as long as you aren't pushing the
    limits it should remain fully charged most of the time.  The endurance
    figures for this vehicle are appropriate to a likely cruising speed of
    120mph; at 75 mph endurance will be 12+ hours, which is easily sufficient.
