        This is an _expensive_ 2-seater TL8 sportscar; it specifically avoids
    using power cells or any of the more implausible TL8 equipment.  Note that
    the engine is only capable of producing a quarter the power the drivetrain
    is capable of using; the excess is to allow improved performance while
    accelerating and passing; the flywheel is capable of up to sixty seconds of
    maximum acceleration, and is recharged by braking or by excess power from
    the car.  The endurance may look short, but realize that 'cruising speed' in
    this car is around 150mph...travel at 75mph and endurance should be fine.

    Body and Subassemblies:  Good streamlining, standard wheels (four wheels).
