        The ElectriCar is a clean and quiet individual vehicle for urban areas.
    It lacks advanced computer controls, but that would almost double the cost.
        Powered by three rechargeable E-cells, the car has a range of 600 miles
    and ten hours endurance. The driver has lowlight vision and a GPS receiver,
    but communications are an optional extra. The car comfortably holds two
    adults and two children - grown-up passengers find the rear seats cramped.
        The car is a TL10 vehicle [July 96 errata sheet].
    
    Structure:  160 cf cheap light body (HT 200), maximum load 2 tons, sealed
        body, four powered smartwheels (DR 2, HT 13/25).
    Propulsion:  30 KW drivetrain.
    Power:  300 KWh rechargeable power cells (DR 5, HT 4) for 10 hours.
    Accomodations:  Two normal and two cramped seats, many windows.
    Crew Requirements:  Driver.
    Armor:  30 points standard armor, F3/5, B3/5, R3/5, L3/5, T3/5, U3/5.
    Cargo:  30 cf cargo hold and 9.18 cf waste space.
    Accessories:  Crashwebs, environmental controls, light amplification, GPS,
        tow hook.
    
    Statistics:  Cost $11,530, design mass 0.5 tons, maximum payload 1.5 tons,
        maximum cargo 750 lbs., current payload 0.5 tons, loaded mass 1 ton,
