Repulsorlift Command Speeder v0.2 (TL 9 to 12)
        
        This speeder was build as command and control vehicle for low-threat
    areas.
        The speeder has thermographs (nominal range 18 miles), ladars (30 mi.),
    multiscanners (5 mi.) and cameras. Four radios, two sat uplinks and three
    microframes are included for command purposes. The speeder is armed with a
    single cannon (crit|imp|6d*30|25|20|3 mi.|6 mi.|3|20 KWh) for self-defense.
        The speeder has TL9 electronics and TL10 structure/drives from Vehicles
    [Mar. 96 errata] and a TL12 pressor beam from Space as flight system.
    
    Structure:  1,000 cf medium standard body (HT 900), max. load 20 tons, good
        streamlining, 60 degree front and 30 degree side slopes, sealed body, 1
        MW pressor beam (DR 5, HT 100) and advanced controls.
    Propulsion:  Twin 750-lbs. hyperfans (DR 5, HT 12) with 180 gallons hydrox
        (self-sealing, DR 5, HT 60, fire on 10) for 12 hours.
    Power:  1,200 KW small fusion plant (DR 5, HT 20) and 500 KWh rechargeable
        power cells (DR 5, HT 4). Excess power 308 KW.
    Accomodations:  Three roomy seats, no significant windows.
    Crew Requirements:  Pilot, commander and aide.
