I assumed "no" to play it safe. What are the rules on multiple _different_ engines? What software should be carried? Any opinions Explanations: I included the flotation hull to make the shuttle a seaplane. No hydrodynamic streamlining was included since the shuttle is STOL due to the vectored thrust. No backup power plant was included since the power cells contain energy for several hours - unlike the TL11 all-reactionless designs who need more. The gun is "only" an assault C-PAWS since the payload on this design is slim anyway. For the same reason, there is only one life support - you have one day if there is trouble. I included a lot of the small gadgets (how much is another tactical radio, anyway?). That's perhaps some $10K you could save.
