It is one of many fast and hard to detect Stealth Ships the the Solar Hegemony has in its arsenal. It has two primary functions: the first is detection and analysis, the second is to locate and take out (case of war) Missile Stealth ships. The ship's shape is that of a long cyclinder and it is painted a flat black so that it is hard to see using normal vision.
